EVENTS & PROJECT COODINATION
Oversee the general day to day in the office from inventory and supplies to supplies to vendor relationships
Schedule weekly office team lunches, monthly and seasonal events, and company off sites
Book travel and meetings for executives, job candidates and business partners
Manage accounts payable and receivable such as processing all incoming and outgoing invoices, bills and mail and shipments
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATIONS
Manage all operations related to managing a rental property
Coordinate vendors, contractors and cleaners for the property
Organize and file all household paperwork and documentation from taxes to invoices to contracts
Schedule and manage all contractors, vendors
Communication with all guests to provide pre and post-stay support
