PEOPLE OPS & HR

  • Establish an effective, efficient and organized onboarding process for new hires to incorporate the Four C’s of onboarding: Compliance, Clarity, Culture and Connection

  • Research, implement and enrich employee benefits and enrollment

  • Develop and implement employee handbook, processes and policies

  • Support and coordinate employee enrichment events 

EVENTS & PROJECT COODINATION

  • Oversee the general day to day in the office from inventory and supplies to supplies to vendor relationships

  • Schedule weekly office team lunches, monthly and seasonal events, and company off sites

  • Book travel and meetings for executives, job candidates and business partners

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable such as processing all incoming and outgoing invoices, bills and mail and shipments

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATIONS

  • Manage all operations related to managing a rental property

  • Coordinate vendors, contractors and cleaners for the property

  • Organize and file all household paperwork and documentation from taxes to invoices to contracts

  • Schedule and manage all contractors, vendors

  • Communication with all guests to provide pre and post-stay support
