Lillian Lauer

Lillian is the Host and Property Manager of The Eaglewood House, a charming and luxurious historic cottage in Jaffrey, NH.

She is an active volunteer, serving as the Community Events Co-Chair for the parents association at a private Catholic K-8 school and as the Treasurer for The Smith College Club of Oregon. Based in Portland, Oregon, Lillian is open to part-time or freelance work opportunities where she can bring her expertise in operations, property management, and organization to new projects.

Previously, Lillian worked as a Project Coordinator and Professional Organizer for the luxury home organizing company, NEATMethod. She also spent over 3 years at Huckberry on the People Operations team in San Francisco, where she helped build and maintain a thriving company culture. With over 10 years of experience in people operations, event production, and office management, Lillian has also gained 5+ years of experience in conference production, event coordination, recruiting, and office management.

When she’s not working, Lillian enjoys exploring the beautiful woods and trails of the Pacific Northwest with her family and discovering new local breweries—checking them off her husband’s ever-growing bucket list. She loves any excuse to get outside and explore new places with her husband and their two children.
