Lillian is the Host and Property Manager of The Eaglewood House, a charming and luxurious historic cottage in Jaffrey, NH.

She is a fractional HR professional to startups, providing strategic and operational human resources support to growing organizations on a part-time basis.

Lillian is a mom of two boys, and an active volunteer. Currently she is serving as the Community Events Co-Chair for the parents association at a private Catholic K-8 school, the Treasurer of her youngest son’s cooperative preschool, as the Co-Treasurer for the Smith College Club of Oregon. Based in Portland, Oregon, Lillian is open to part-time or freelance work opportunities where she can bring her expertise in operations, property management, and organization to new projects.

Previously, Lillian worked as a Project Coordinator and Professional Organizer for the luxury home organizing company, NEATMethod. She also spent over 3 years at Huckberry on the People Operations team in San Francisco, where she helped build and maintain a thriving company culture. With over 10 years of experience in people operations, event production, and office management, she has realized her passion is helping teams stay organized, and processes running smoothly.

When she’s not working, Lillian enjoys gardening in her pollinator garden, hosting book clubs, and exploring the beautiful woods and trails of the Pacific Northwest with her family. She loves any excuse to get outside and explore new places with her husband and their two children.
