Lillian is a fractional HR professional to startups, providing strategic and operational human resources support to growing organizations on a part-time basis. She is currently working with the co-founders at BuildCrew Ai, a Bay Area-based startup in the construction AI space, to build out the HR best practices for all things operations, from onboarding, hiring and retention to payroll.
Lillian is a mom of two boys, and an active volunteer in her community. Currently she is serving as the Community Events Co-Chair for the parents association at a private Catholic K-8 school, the Treasurer of her youngest son’s cooperative preschool. Additionally she serves as the Co-Treasurer for the Smith College Club of Oregon.
Lillian has recently worked as a Project Coordinator and Professional Organizer for the luxury home organizing company, NEATMethod, and now supports the owner with operations and administrative tasks. She also spent over 3 years at Huckberry on the People Operations team in San Francisco, where she helped build and maintain a thriving company culture. With over 10 years of experience in people operations, event production, and office management, she has realized her passion is helping teams stay organized, and processes running smoothly.
Lillian is also the Host and Property Manager of The Eaglewood House, a charming and luxurious historic cottage in Jaffrey, NH. She has roots in New England (grew up there and family lives there) and they travel to the East Coast every year.
When she’s not volunteering or working, Lillian enjoys gardening in her pollinator garden, hosting book clubs, and exploring the beautiful woods and trails of the Pacific Northwest with her family. She loves any excuse to get outside and explore new places with her husband and their two children around Portland, Oregon.
