  • Develop and enforce employee handbooks, policies, and processes that align with organizational goals.

  • Support and coordinate engaging employee enrichment events.

EVENTS & PROJECT COODINATION

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including inventory management, vendor relationships, and administrative processes.

  • Plan and schedule weekly team lunches, monthly and seasonal events, and company off-sites.

  • Manage executive and partner travel, meeting arrangements, and candidate interview schedules.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, bills, and shipments.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATIONS

  • Manage all operational aspects of rental properties, ensuring smooth and efficient property management.

  • Coordinate and schedule vendors, contractors, and cleaners while maintaining high standards.

  • Organize and manage household paperwork, including taxes, invoices, and contracts.

  • Provide excellent guest communication and support, ensuring a positive pre- and post-stay experience.
